Bring Your Bible to School Day will take place on Thursday, October 7, 2021. The annual campaign encourages students to celebrate their faith and religious freedoms in their schools. Students can register for the event online at www.bringyourbible.org.
“This annual campaign empowers Christian students of all ages to speak God’s grace and truth into the culture around them, starting with two simple steps — bringing their Bibles to school and sharing what God’s Word means to them. It opens doors for students to talk to their friends about the gospel. It connects them with other believers in their school. And it allows them to celebrate their religious freedoms in the United States,” said Focus on the Family Program Manager Bret Eckelberry.
Last year more than 500,000 students participated in Bring Your Bible to School Day in over 50,000 U.S. schools. Each one a simple act, but together, a bold statement made to a culture increasingly antagonistic toward the Christian worldview.
Registrants will receive scripture encouragement, email reminders and stories from other participants.
In an effort to encourage students in their faith beyond a single day, Focus on the Family has expanded Bring Your Bible to School Day to be part of a year-round movement. Families can also sign up for monthly Live It Challenges to build lasting biblical habits.
